a technically excellent platform still fails if developers cannot find or consume it. i work to make platform consumption intentional through developer hub capabilities.

tribal knowledge and undocumented one-offs make platforms hard to adopt, even when the underlying technology is solid.

approach

—establish developer hub patterns based on the backstage ecosystem
—centralize discovery of services, docs, templates, ownership, and onboarding paths
—publish golden paths for kubernetes, gitops, automation, security, and operational requirements
—treat documentation and examples as part of the platform product

outcomes

—reduced reliance on tribal knowledge
—clearer self-service and onboarding stories
—platform consumption framed as product experience, not ticket roulette
