i lead the automation & container platforms function for duke health technology solutions — a multidisciplinary engineering organization spanning site reliability and software development. we own enterprise platforms that help application teams build, deploy, automate, secure, and operate modern workloads in a regulated healthcare environment.

scope

team span: engineering management across site reliability engineering and software-development disciplines — coaching, performance, and career growth with technical credibility
platform portfolio: openshift, aks, ansible automation platform, gitlab, gitops, developer hub / backstage, observability, and container security — treated as products, not one-off tooling
ownership model: platform vs application ownership: we provide secure, documented, reusable platforms and paved roads; application teams own configuring and operating their workloads
operating context: enterprise healthcare platforms where availability, change discipline, customer impact, and clear communication matter as much as the technology
